Which is better glycolic acid peels or microdrmabasion crystals?

I've had a glycolic peel and I thought it was amazing! It was left on for a max of 30 sec. and tingled...my skin was soooo smooth afterward (and a little red, but that goes away fast). Make sure you get it done by a professional who knows what they're doing b/c acid on your face is nothin' to mess around with.
