Glycolic peel??

is it safe and what kind of care do u need to take after going through it.?Glycolic peel??
Glycolic Acid- Glycolic Acid is the most active and beneficial of the Alpha-Hydroxy-Acids (AHA) in skin care and is made from sugar canes. Once inside the cell, it will trigger new formation of collagen to plump cells and the ground substances in the skin to reduce wrinkles on the skin鈥檚 surface. Glycolic Acid has been proven to be very effective in the treatment of acne as well as in cosmetic uses.

Its very effective, and you can see results very soon.

However, it can be dangerous to use in the summer without sun protective creams. THe skin gets really thin after using glycolic acids and really sensitive to sun. There is also risk that you can have pigmentation.

I read that its not save to use it during pregnancy, as it wasnt proven if it can cause any harm to a foetus.

Home products contain a small consentration of glycolic acids, therefore it is safe to use them.

MD Formulation products are pretty good.Glycolic peel??
it is safe
its safe when performed by a professional... its a good refresher peel, wont do much for anti aging or any other skin imperfections, it will help with acne/blackheads..there is no down time or recovery time... follow ur drs instructions for after care, most likely it will just be sunscreen and a mild moisturizer
